Shipping Insurance & Package Responsibility
    •    Shipping insurance is not included by default.
    •    Customers are responsible for selecting and purchasing shipping insurance at checkout if they wish to protect their order against loss, theft, or carrier-related issues.
    •    AUREVÀ Labs is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

Orders shipped without insurance are not eligible for replacement or refund if lost or stolen.
